Tolerance to the effects of 2C-B is not built almost immediately after ingestion. 2C-B was first synthesized and tested for psychoactivity in 1974 by the American chemist and psychedelic researcher Alexander Shulgin, who was investigating novel psychedelic compounds based on the chemical structure of mescaline. Psychedelic Research Chemicals or RC Chems are new synthetic substances which are structurally similar to the original drug, while being functional analogs. Data on their effects limited due as they’re fairly new and do not have a lot of human consumption history. All pharmacologically active substances are going to carry some risk of side effects — 2C-B-FLY is no different. If you stick to the recommended doses, it’s unlikely for there to be any serious side effects.

NBOMe compounds (called N-bombs) are a group of highly psychoactive, synthetic, substituted phenethylamines compounds derived from the 2C family. They were first discovered in the early 2000s by Ralf Heim at the Free University of Berlin 4. 2C-iP (4-Isopropyl-2,5-dimethoxyphenethylamine) is the isopropyl isomer of 2C-P and reportedly offers similar, albeit “smoother” effects.
